Sea Buckthorn, also known as Hippophae rhamnoides is a spiny shrub or tree with bright red or yellow berries native to Europe and the northern regions of Asia. These berries are said to be the single highest vegetal source of Vitamin C, Vitamin E, unsaturated fatty acids and essential amino acids, along with beta-carotene, which gives them their bright, vibrant color.
There are two kinds of Sea Buckthorn extracts that offer amazing benefits to the skin. Fruit oil is extracted from the fruit pulp and Seed oil from the dark seeds of the berry.
Sea Buckthorn Berry has some of the highest source of Vitamin C, E and fatty acids, making it incredibly beneficial for the skin. One of the rarest Omega’s found in the berry is the unique Omega 7, providing powerful anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties which support collagen production resulting in healthy, glowing skin.
Sea Buckthorn seed oil contains omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9 making it ideal for dry and aging skin.
Sea buckthorn is packed with over 190 bio-active compounds and phytonutrients. It has 60 potent antioxidants, 20 minerals and vitamins B1, B2, K, C, A and E. It has a heavy dose of Vitamin A which is known to help heal burns and cuts, repairs damaged skin and encourages tissue healing.
Tamanu oil, also known as Calophyllum inophyllum is pressed from the fruit kernel of the Tamanu nut tree. Tamanu oil and other parts of the tamanu nut tree have been used medicinally for hundreds of years by certain Asian, African, and Pacific Island cultures. Used topically, this thick, luxurious oil facilitates the growth and regeneration of newer skin cells, leaving the skin feeling smoother and softer.
Tamanu oil has a unique set of anti-bacterial, anti-viral and antiseptic compounds that help to treat skin infections and irritations as well as a high content of anti-inflammatory fatty acids that deeply nourish the skin. It repairs and diminishes redness, scars, stretch marks, dryness, and peeling. It prevents blemishes from forming, and it protects against the harsh effects of the elements. It also works to reduce age spots, stretch marks and cellulite.

Rosehip oil is also known as Rosehip seed oil. It’s derived from the Rosa Canina rose bush, which is grown mostly in Chile. Prized since ancient times for its valuable healing benefits, rosehip oil is loaded with skin-nourishing vitamins, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory essential fatty acids. It also contains phenols that have been shown to have antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal properties.
Rosehip oil is high in Vitamins A and C. Vitamin A, natural retinol, encourages skin cell turnover and helps to even out skin tone, fading dark spots and reducing the appearance of fine lines. Jojoba Seed Oil is a natural oil produced from the seed of the Simmondsia chinensis plant. Jojoba oil isn't technically an oil, it is a wax ester that has a different makeup than other oils. Wax esters are the main component in human sebum, which means that jojoba oil mimics natural sebum in our skin. It's a balancing oil that conditions the skin while sealing in moisture.

Carrot Seed Oil is extracted from the seeds of the wild carrot plant known as Daucus carota. It is packed with significant amounts of skin nourishing vitamins A, K, C, compounds that keep skin healthy and promote cell regeneration. The beta-carotene content of carrot oil has a powerful antioxidant known for repairing damaged tissues.
Carrot seed oil is said to calm skin conditions such as acne, eczema, and psoriasis due to its anti-inflammatory, detoxifying, and antiseptic properties.
